It’s not updated. A towel was left behind in the bathroom, a knife was left under the fridge. The fridge leaked water. The staff wasn’t very helpful

The hotel maintenance is low Firat night ive got no hot water. They must increase the maintenance level.. Then the hotel ranking with this really low price will be really good

It’s cheap, we’ll located and the pool is huge! The food is good and the staff is nice. The public areas are renovated and looks nice.

The room is very basic, small, and the bathroom is run down. Nothing that a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t fix.

The location is good, free parking, pool seems to be nice but we didn't try so can't tell for sure. Really don't have many things to say...

Just after you check in, you understand how old the hotel is, the lobby, the elevator, and the corridor... even the doors are cracked and dirty. The worst part is at booking we ordered a room which includes queen bed and twin bed, but at the reality we got just twin bed and small sofa which can be a bed, the room was dirty and at the end of the hotel so there wasn't any chance to catch wifi connection but for some reason we got full signal of the another wifi hotel which was down the street... anyway even more than all of that the bathroom was small, no shampoos and the toilet was dirty, at least the towels were fine... immediately after long drive I have tried to call to the reception but the phone in the room was broken, so I had to go to the reception, about the beds they dont know why in booking it says that they have a queen bed because they don't, at all the hotel not even one queen bed only twin beds, so for the good feeling they upgraded us to a pool view room which wasn't much better but the sofa was a bit bigger. So I would highly recommend to the managment of the hotel, If they would like to be even close as good as the hotels near them, and who was at Eilat know what I'm talking about, they have to make full renovation, the food omg that was bad, the breakfast wow I would highly recommend to not even try and stay away from it. How the chef can serve it and still call himself a chef, zero respect for food and the guests. If you are alone, and you don't need anything, so this place can be fine for you, but there is a cheaper alternative in Eilat. 100% disappointed 2/10 or 1/5 Will not come again.

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable bed.

room was so unclean so much dust the floor and under the bed we called the reception to tell them about the room a man came and cleand the room with wet fabric only he didn’t cleaned it as well he didn’t look under the bed we found so many cigarettes under the bed on the balcony the elevator is so old we push the bottoms but it doesn’t show if its working or not it was confusing the hours of the pool was wrong they always open late and kids start to swim without a lifeguard around and the pool still closed the pictures they put on Booking does not match the real so I give it not more than two stars

The stuff on the reception low qualified. I didn't have my ID with me, but I had all the pictures of it. For registration they needed ONLY pictures of ID. The boy rejected in registration, didn't have enough brain to understand, that I can send it to hotel's email or Whatsup or find many other solutions. Thanks God manager came and managed everything.
